Everything is fine until you request RETURN OR REFUND. It takes long time to get response from the company, or they ignore you completely. You have to contact several times with patience. I have been dealing with the issue, but they haven’t responded to my email yet. Horrible company.

Missing Samples in Parcel

Incomplete address information
The shipment consisted of two packages. Delivery was made via UPS. I took the two packages only one arrived it was opened and damaged. The second shipment did not arrive unfortunately the address information was wrong and incomplete.

Wrong products were delivered, customer service not very helpful, no English speaking customer agents, problem with the wrong delivery was solved on my own but the customer service never answered on the email explaining how I solved the issue on my own

i really like the company but..
i really like the company . decide to order for the first time over direct page.
unfortunatelly i took misstaken small candel 80 g. i wanted return but you need to cover this by yourself (10 euro simple post). sadly this is not accepted by me in our world in 2021. yet when you try to fight to keep the clients with you.
products are super, price could be chipper , custumer service - fast replay.
no!- to the return policy.
