Product arrived completely open and top missing
Awful experience and would not recommend this Company to anyone. I bought the Skin Recovery Spray 175ml from the main supplier for the Dr Wheatgrass products. It arrived wide open and the postman said I need to report to the company. It was poorly packaged, old worn out jiff bag and tape around the sides but not on top where the product sprung out, also top missing. I tried to get in touch many times. Their system to contact doesn't work. It won't take an email. They have another system to raise a ticket but that also doesn't work. The telephone number no longer exists as it also doesn't work. So I had no means of contacting the company to get a return or to send the product back. I felt if I sent the product back, where was I sending it, to a sort of nowhere. No one there monitoring that this companies systems were working. It means no one there and this company is working solely via an automatic basis. It gives the Dr Wheatgrass products a bad name and they are good but this company isn't. I am taking this to PayPal to get my money returned. Only way I feel assured of this happening. Steer clear of this company for Dr Wheatgrass Products and buy through another 3rd party if possible.
