I bought the same drone from Eonvy who have an identical website. The have also been known Skyxon.

If you have been scammed too and want your money back, ask your bank or credit card company about a chargeback claim for your credit/debit card payment too them. This penalises the sellers not the bank or credit card company.

There are many reviews under all the various names on Reddit and Trustpilot. Please add your reviews and experience with these guys where possible so we can try to drive these guys out of business permanently.

Does not remove the debt with Klarna even though the package has been returned and they have confirmed that they received it. Pure scam company!

TOTAL SCAM!!!

All experiences with this company and their drones are identical.
They refuse to take back products and even ship regardsless of cancelation.
Consumer laws are NOT respected.

This is a fraud. The Drxon customer service does not send a return address when you want to send it back and offers you first 5% than 10% and than 15% money back if you keep the product. But on their website they promise you that you can send it back but that they will have to give you the return address. But they will not. They do not follow their own return process which they mention on their website. Please do not order from this company since it is the same drone you can find on Aliexpress for around USD 50 including shipping costs. DO NOT BUY AT DRXON IT IS A FRAUD.

We ordered a drone "drxon v168" and we got a fake/counterfeit product. Drxon.net says that in order to get a refund they will deduct 15% fees, 30 $ for shipping to us and we should pay for return shipping 30 $, a total of 90 $ of 200 $ that we have paid for the product. That means we lose at least 90 $. We believe we will not get any refund if we return the product. This is definitely deception / swindle. Stay away from this website !

We've got scammed. Didn't get the item described on the site but an item that's not worth 10% of what we payd: Instead of camera 8k we got a cheap old phone camera 2k. The drone is unstable . The obstacle avoidance is not working. The batteri must recharge after 5-10 minutes and not 30 minutes. Drxon.net denies us to return the item and denies refund. We complained 2 days after we got the item.

What others say, a huge scam. I ish unread the reviews before ordering.

I ordered the Pro max 8k drone, apparently shipped from Germany. The product i received is considerably different than the description: the obstacle avoidance not working properly, the camera has nothing to do with 8k, looks more like a cheap 15 years old phone camera, the item seems unstable in the air and very noisy.. practically it's a total overpriced scam. I took contact with them right away to claim the refund and we have been now mailing back and forth, trying to convince me to not return. They would eventually approve it, after I ship it to China and after they've checked it to see "if there is no problem". Then they would deduct 15% fees + 30 euros shipping cost.
PS: they end every email with : I wish you a happy life.

Scam. I've cancelled my order, even before i recieved a e-mail with the order confirmation. Didn't hear from them for a while and now they're charging me 15% because i cancelled the order. Their website does not say anything about cancelling a order. Don't order here! It's rubbish!

Drone is not as advertised, doesn't produce 8k, avoidance is useless, asked for a refund. It's the same drone for sale on other platforms at £25.
After numerous emails offering 5% off, ignoring my request eventually told I'd get 55% back and I have to ship to the manufacturer in China not the retailer in Birmingham where it was sent from.
Advised them that I'm entitled to a full refund under UK law don't have to return it to the manufacturer as they're not who the retail contract is with and they just ignore it saying their policy is what i have to agree to.
Decided I've had enough of dealing with a company who ignores the law, so raising it with my payment provider.

Poor quality item, it doesn't look anything like what is on the website, and shocking customer service. Their response to my request to return the item was "please browse carefully" and they do not want to initiate a return.
