I had to make an address change after I placed my order. I called and left a message with your call center. Your representative returned my call within 2 hours and made it possible to get my order delivered to the desired address.

When a product I ordered was no longer available, I was notified by email with some options explained to me. I chose one and the service representative fixed everything for me: charged me the new price, selected the new product, and got it shipped to me right away. Very good customer service.
