Simply put, you won’t really find a company like this anywhere else! We’ve used Dry Ice Makers continuously for almost 2 years now and never had a reason to consider going anywhere else. On one occasion, messaged one of the team, Will, at 10 past midnight (not that you should rely on this, expecting a reply) but to our surprise, he replied straight away where other companies would simply wait till morning knowing they’ll get an order placed anyway - but here, it’s the customer that was put first. And for our peace of mind and reassurance, they accepted the order and made arrangements for collection the next morning! For a company of this size, it’s incredible that they’re able to keep such a personal touch in communications.
