I first had surgery with Dr Zafer in 2025 for tummy tuck Labiaplasty and breast implants first meeting Dr Zafer is absolutely lovely he puts you completely at ease explaining everything thoroughly you are in safe hands. He has very good attention to detail and takes the upmost pride in his work. after the first surgery I got an infection in my belly button no fault of anyone just something that can happen with any type of surgery. Due to the infection my belly button scar was quite big so Dr Zafer invited me back for FREE revision surgery I also wanted bigger implants but after been explained to I could see why bigger implants wouldn’t work for my body and I agreed to have lipo and fat transfer to boobs. I am so happy I made that choice and absolutely love my new results just returned home from revision surgery and everything was fantastic from being collected at the airport the hospital is very clean the hotel is great had everything you need and close to shops. Dr Zafer assistant zeynep is truly incredible the nicest person I have ever met honestly couldn’t do enough for me always on hand if I need anything checks on me regularly took very good care of me as I traveled alone also Dr Zafer nurse again absolutely amazing so attentive and caring I am so happy I chose to use Dr Zafer and his team so happy with my results and will definitely use Dr Zafer again if I was to have more surgery

From the start the communication was great. I was told exactly the cost & the procedure
I was met at the airport & taken straight to the hospital. I was told ever step of the way how the operation would go. The procedure went well. I was given pain relief so never actually felt pain. When I was checked over I was then transferred to the hotel. Again I was checked on to make sure everything was ok. After a few days I was taken back to the hotel to make sure I was fit to fly
I’ve had constant contact with Dr Zayar until he was happy with my recovery

This was my fourth time meeting Dr Zafer, and I’ve now had three surgeries with him, the most recent just over two weeks ago. I’ve also previously met him in London for a consultation. Every time, he makes me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Over the years, he has genuinely helped build my confidence, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’ll definitely be returning to him for a rhinoplasty in the future.

I also want to mention Dr Zafer’s coordinator, who has been absolutely lovely. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with her. This experience has been so much better, especially having consistent contact with the same person rather than being passed between different coordinators. She is a real credit to Dr Zafer and the team. Even now, she still checks in on me, making sure I’m okay and recovering well.

The hospital was very clean, and the nurses were all lovely.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located, with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away.

I had Vaser Liposuction by Dr Zafer in Feb 2025, and trusting him has turned out to be the biggest mistake.

The first red flag was when he came into the consultation stinking of cigarettes.

I explained to Dr Zafer how I wanted my flaked targeted, to which he ignored and said he will not take too much off this bc it will look “too feminine”, and then convinced me to have 360 Lipo. I was unsure but stupidly trusted his judgement as he was the surgeon.

Immediately after surgery and looking at myself in the mirror, I knew I would be disappointed with results, as he had given priority all all different areas for the 360 Vaser Lipo, and completely ignored the one and only place I wanted treated.

After months of being gaslit by his beyond incompetent team that results will come and being tossed around from their colleagues, I got absolutely nowhere with them.

Dr Zafer and his team are truly a disgrace, they took no accountability for poor practice. They have left me with such damaged mental health and butchered my body with scars from a procedure I didn’t even want in the first place.

If you are looking for a sign, this is it. AVOID Dr Zafer, and please go with a surgeon who you can trust. Dr Zafer will not listen to you and will not support you.

I used Dr Zafer Kaya via Medaway to arrange a 360 tummy tuck, liposuction, breast reduction and uplift which took place in December 2025. My surgery was performed by Dr Zafer Kaya. He provided a thorough consultation, listened to my concerns and expectations, and explained the procedure clearly. His approach felt personalised and suited my individual needs. Would definitely recommend Dr Zafer Kaya for his professional expertise and care towards his patients.

Dr Kaya personal assistant is also very helpful and has great communication during and after surgery and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The staff made my experience great and made sure it went smoothly as it should, i was bag of nerves as first ever op and they did really well to make me feel comfortable and relax. The cline is well clean tidy and looked after i could not fault any of the staff and how hygienic the clinic was! I would definitely recommend and go again!

I have had breast uplift, 360 Lipo, BBL and upper & lower blepharoplasty with Dr Zafer and am thrilled with my results. I can’t rate Dr Zafer enough! He’s amazing. It was a big risk going to another country to have surgery and I was very nervous. Looked at many surgeons and their work and spoke to lots of people who had had surgery with various surgeons and Dr Zafer was highly recommended. Dr Zafer kaya performed a 360 tummy tuck with fdl and d breast uplifting with fat transfer. He was amazing,very professional made sure everything was discussed with myself and we made decisions together. PLEASE DON’T GO LET YOURSELF IN HIS HANDS. Dr ZAFER DESTROYED MY BODY

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the outcome of the surgery I underwent through your facility in Istanbul on 31/10/24.
After sharing photos and discussing my concerns for almost six months with you, you have reported the surgeon has seen the photos and concluded that I indicated for a mini tummy tuck and liposuction from the inner thighs.
I arrived at the hospital the day before the surgery, but Mr. Zafer did not see me until the following morning, just before the scheduled surgery. At that point, he told me that I don't need the surgery that I was there for and was previously agreed upon before I traveled to Turkey.
He proposed a different procedure and gave me only 30 minutes to decide. Feeling pressured and unprepared, I reluctantly agreed. The result has been a large, unnecessary tummy tuck with a lengthy incision extending across my abdomen and around to my hips.
Additionally, there is now a noticeable swelling on my left hip just above the incision that appears through my clothing. I have never looked so bad. I feel like my body has been destroyed. This is clearly evident when comparing the pre and post surgery photos. It hugely affects my appearance and confidence.
I have since consulted with a plastic surgeon here in UK and he was extremely puzzled by the size of the incision. I have also since checked Dr Zafer's website and was horrified that he is actually specialised in breast surgery.
Furthermore, about a month ago, during a video call with Mr. Zafer, he admitted that if the issue doesn't correct, it would be the result of "poor planning" (his words) on his part.
It has now been four months since the surgery, and my condition remains unsatisfactory, requiring further medical intervention. This outcome has caused immense distress, and I am seeking compensation for the inadequate service and the need for corrective
I been asking for a compensation to repair my body and they wanted me to go back to the to the same Dr.. which of course I will not do it, I have to be crazy to go back to the same surgeon.
I can prove pictures before and after surgery, I can t expose myself confidently

Zafer is a wonderful surgeon. Extremely meticulous in his pre surgical preparation to ensure you get the best possible results. My MMO results are phenomenal. He is caring after surgery and the aftercare provided by the Medaway clinic was superb. Would highly recommend.
