As well as quick, clear, effective service, every staff member I have spoken to speaks excellent English and can explain the sometimes complicated terms and processes really well. Definitely puts you at ease to know there will be no misunderstandings.

So far
So far, every time I have needed help in requesting a specialist, the care I have received has been good. In addition, the nurse I have spoken to has always spoken English to facilitate communication as I do not speak Danish. Every time they were kind and solved the problem.

Worst ever service
Their website is the worst I have ever seen, almost like they stopped developing it half way through. You are invited to add your children via the website, which I did, but it does not work. You cannot download your insurance policy either - it says it is not available. Unfortunately my pension provider uses them. You would not want to choose them by free will.

Impossible to access personal account
I have tried accessing my personal page hundreds of times from different browsers, laptops and mobile phones. The webpagws always hang up and timeout. How the hell can one submit a case or find information, if ti's basically impossible to access the account?? It's nice to get money for a service that you don't provide, uh? What a scam. Learn to have better resources and backend teams if you want to provide valuable services.

Urgent appointment for specialist
Overall I had to urgently find an appointment with a doctor the last week, but the process in the system is taking longer time even though I had an urgent referral from a GP. I have still not gotten any appointment.
And I had call 3 times so each person replying was telling me different rules. Only the last one helped me and told me it is not possible to get an urgent appointment.
However it was very much needed.

extremely long waiting time over a phone call.
your phone support hours are very limited and inconvenient. This makes it challenging for me to reach out for assistance during my available times.
Additionally, even when I manage to call during these hours, the wait times are excessively long. I have spent more than half an hour on hold, which is both frustrating and unprofessional for a company of your stature.
Lastly, I received a link as part of the survey to evaluate; however, the link to the English page does not work. This further adds to my frustration and portrays a lack of attention to detail.

Not good for preventive support
Used the services through the employment insurance.
I assume they are good for what they do.
However, the response I'm reporting here was that "the policy is not to overtreat".
This sounds both good and bad. I understand overtreatment but I also understand that prevention is better than treatment.
In hindsight, similar to the Danish health system, prevention (help) is minimal. Hence 3/5 stars.
