I have just received the Eros treatment bed, the quality is brilliant! The team were so helpful with regards to my delivery as I wanted to secure the bed before it went out of stock so they were able to hold delivery for me and were extremely informative when it came to the delivery time and date. Really good experience for a big purchase for my clinic. I felt the company accommodated my needs perfectly and went above and beyond for me. I spent a lot of time searching for the right treatment bed for my new clinic and decided to order from DSSE. I could not be happier with the quality and specification of both the bed and the stool I chose. I was worried about ordering something that might look cheap or be poor quality, but the furniture from DSSE exceeded my expectations. I recently bought the Gaia lash bed, and it’s honestly the best investment I’ve made for my business. The moment it arrived, I could tell it was premium, luxurious quality — solid, strong, and clearly built to last. The weight tolerance is amazing, far higher than most other beds on the market (especially those from websites like Salons Direct), which really shows this bed was made with professionals in mind.

What really made me appreciate this bed even more is why I was buying it in the first place: my previous lash bed broke just before the weekend — right when I had back-to-back clients booked. That breakdown didn’t just cost me money in missed appointments... it meant clients went elsewhere, and you never know if they’ll come back. When you add up that kind of loss over a year, it’s massive.

That’s why, even though the Gaia bed costs a little more than the cheaper options, it’s absolutely worth it. With professional furniture, you’re not just paying for a product — you’re protecting your business and your reputation. Cheaper beds might save you a couple hundred pounds upfront, but when they fail, they cost you much more in lost income and trust.

DSSE really came through for me. I told them my situation and they didn’t brush me off like some companies do. They listened, told me they’d see what they could do — and later that same day, they came back to say they’d managed to speed up delivery for me. That kind of service is rare.

Even better, the delivery team carried the bed in and set it up for me. It wasn’t just dumped on the side of the road like what often happens with cheaper companies. And trust me — this bed is not a one-person job to move or position, so I was extremely grateful for the extra care and effort as it was tight to manoeuvre.

The customer service was second to none. I like to speak to someone before I buy, and I asked a lot of questions — they were friendly, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or like a nuisance.

It’s genuinely rare to find a company that treats you like a real person and not just another order number. I’ll definitely be buying all my salon equipment from them from now on. Highly, recommend.

Nice product. Looks good. The seat fabric is a little saggy, which i'm hoping will soften down once in use. Evri deliver were awful. I had several messages saying that my order was out for delivery but it didn't appear. Finally appeared 3 days after the initial, 'we're going to deliver your parcel' message. This should be no reflection of DSSE, unless a change of courier is an option

I looked for months for beds. Finally found the exact colour I wanted from DSSE but they were sold out. I had a deadline for my shop opening so I rang and spoke to such a lovely man who ordered them in for me and they was with me just a few days later! He even gave me the covers for the beds because he knew I was stressed with my new business which I thought was the absolute sweetest thing! Highly HIGHLY recommend. And the beds look just as good in person as they do online! And they are solid high quality beds in absolutely in love they are perfect! Xxx
