I had an initial problem with the delivery time frame of my order. I believe this was a simple mistake. My order was delivered quickly after I contacted the company. The printed boxes are great quality. I would recommend DS smith.

All received. Impressed with after sales call and asked for instructions on how to put the tape in the parcel tape gun as no instructions came with it. Was told someone would try to find this out and come back to me however never received an update so found out via YouTube myself.
General double carded boxes fab but mailing ones are a bit flimsy in parts.

Only slight issue was they tend to flap open. The glue could do with being stickier. Overcame this by sticking the shipping label over it to ensure this didn't happen.
