Next day delivery disappointment
Disappointed that, having paid an extra charge for next day delivery, it was not made clear at check out that that only applied to orders placed before 3pm. My order was processed at 3.14pm. A small declaration beside the option would have avoided the misunderstanding.

Overall I was very pleased with the order process and quality of the end product from DS Smith ePack. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that I felt there could have been more attention to detail during the design stage as silly little errors crept in which meant a few amendments required at the proof stage. Other than that, everything ran smoothly and we're very happy with our branded sample packaging.
