Good products, safe delivery - but late
Boxes / bubble wrap arrived well packaged and in a good condition. Products themselves appear to be good quality as well, would of been 4 stars but the items were dispatched a day late without explanation, despite ordering them well before the cut off.

Poor service
I ordered some boxes for next day delivery. They didn’t come so the day after they were supposed to arrive I called and was told they weren’t in stock. No one had even tried to contact me, which seemed very poor, especially as I had specifically paid the extra for next day delivery.

Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery, but only half of my order was dispatched. I was informed telephonically that my delivery charge would be refunded. When I enquired 2 months later to find out why this was not done, I was told it was too late and they would not refund. Very disappointed!
