Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. The socks you received will appear too big initially. This is because we skip the usual pre-wash phase in our socks production in order to have the socks shrink to the perfect size. We do this as we produce your socks on-demand and choose not to waste a large amount of water by washing per pair. In stead, we ask our customers to add the socks to their own laundry load so together we save water and reduce the waste in the fashion industry.
We're sorry to hear this explanation hasn't come across clear enough, but we guarantee you the socks wil fit perfectly after the first wash!

Perfect service and beautiful socks.
Due to a error on the website I paid for postal services on checkout when this was not necessary. Customer service was available right away and within three minutes they had reimbursed me. Absolutely great. I received the socks at home the next day and am very happy with them. Very soft and colors are bright and beautiful.
