Bought roof rails from this company and followed the instructions to the exact specifications and torque settings, yet the screws still caused damage to the roof of my van because they're too long. When I contacted after-sales support, I expected at least some accountability or help, but instead, I was blamed for "overtightening them". No apology, no assistance - just shifting the blame to the customer. Extremely disappointed, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! If you value your vehicle, shop elsewhere.

Items received swiftly, slight issue with one item which was fully refunded practically straight away after contacting with proof photo, fab customer service, would defo order from this company again AAA+++

Dreadful after sales service, supplied adhesive failed resulting in lost parts, when asked about spares was given lies and excuses, proven by the same kit still being in stock on there own site. AVOID the Transit Courier Body kit this company offers at all cost

The instructions were wrong for our pick up but after an enquiry they sent the right ones and we got it fitted no problem, we then had issues opening and shutting but after another enquiry they sent some videos . All enquiries were dealt with very quickly by polite staff and helped us rectify the problem quickly. Would highly recommed them. After 6/7 weeks of use the roller cover works well and finishes off our pick up nicely. Vety happy.

Should be no score really. I ordered roof rails for my caddy van. I ordered the wrong ones. I made numerous attempts to contact you via email had absolutely no response. I just wanted to return and get the correct rails. Very disappointed and now you ask me for feedback back nearly 2 years later. When I filled in the feedback you told me I couldn’t because it was more than 12 months ago. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

They were offered at a good price, arrived quickly (even to the north of Scotland), and came with clear, simple instructions that made fitting them a breeze. They’ve not only added practical functionality to the van but also give it a nice cosmetic upgrade. A great add-on that makes a real difference – highly recommended!

Bought some Turtle roof bars for my t-roc a year ago. They look fabulous and suit the car. They still look brand new despite having been fitted a year ago and have been out in the elements all that time.

Having bought my roof rack from DST I was impressed with the product and even more with the helpful back up when I struggled to fit it.
Recently I managed to damage one of the crossbars and so contacted DST and they sent me another bar and it arrived the following day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you very much Amelia.
