Incorrect credit information
I got the loan with this financial company and they entered the information in the BKR wrong and I've been waiting more than a year for them to change the information in the system! They don't reply to emails and don't help when it really matters!

Unprofessional and greedy
Unprofessional and greedy ! They are lying ! Told 3 times I don’t want the credit insurance and they keep calling me about it, sending emails and saying I agreed when I didn’t.

Slow response
Slow response, does not phone back when messages are left, required constant follow up. Took almost 3 weeks since submission of paperwork to finalize the purchase. Definitely no sense of urgency

Solutions oriented, seamless experience!
My first engagement with DTC was almost 11 months ago when I was only a few months into my arrival in the Netherlands and exploring options of car financing. Later when I finally decided to purchase a car and was facing unecessary complications by the dealership’s financing, and other financing entities, I remember my communication with Christiaan from DTC and reestablished communication with them.
DTC didn’t disappoint. Working with Christiaan was a very pleasant experience, his responsiveness but also being solutions-oriented, ensured we enjoyed a very seamless experience working with DTC.
Very highly recommended.
One more thing I found very useful, everytime I called DTC I was able to be directly connected to Christiaan without the typical merrygoround of call centre codes that is a norm in the Netherlands.
