During the work we had an external safety audit and both operatives engaged positively, giving clear and concise answers to the questions. The auditor commented on their approach to SHE.
Came out the same morning as we made the call.

We had been quoted a 7 week lead time for a Demag hook for one of our hoists.
I contacted DT Eng who repaired our hook within a week, which we desperately needed to unload a ship that was planned in, we received the hook in time to unload our customers ship, which saved us a lot of money in fines and charges.
