🚨 SCAM, SAFETY HAZARD, AND CHILD ENDANGERMENT – DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR 🚨

This tour was not just disappointing — it was deeply disturbing, dangerous, and criminal in nature. It left our family shaken and disgusted.
❌ The guide/driver was shady and inappropriate. He kept asking our 7-year-old child personal questions about other guests’ nationalities, repeatedly and uncomfortably. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious child protection concerns. There was no professionalism, just creepy behaviour.
❌ The “desert safari” was chaotic and mismanaged. No proper briefing, no safety instructions, and no explanation of what we were doing. We were left standing in extreme heat with no shelter or seating. No one cared. No hospitality. Just pure neglect.
❌ The “unlimited refreshments”? A blatant lie. Not even water was offered. We had to bring our own. When children tried to drink water in the car, the driver shouted at them. Total lack of humanity.
❌ At the camp, they pressured us into “VIP seating” by treating non-VIP guests like garbage. Long queues, bad service, poor view — all deliberately designed to force you to pay extra. It’s coercion and upselling fraud.
❌ The BBQ food was disgusting – cold, dry, tasteless. Nothing close to what’s promised. The camel ride lasted under a minute, the photo stops and costume experience were skipped, and the entertainment was rushed.
❌ After the so-called safari, our original guide vanished and we were forced to change vehicles multiple times, with no communication. At one point, we were left on the side of a busy highway, waiting for another random car to pick us up. This was extremely dangerous, especially with children. No safety protocols, no passenger care, and no accountability.
This tour is a scam, a tourist trap, and a potential legal liability for Dubai. We are filing formal complaints with:
• UAE Embassy in London
• Dubai Tourism Authority
• Headout Corporate Office
If Dubai truly wants to protect its reputation, operators like this must be shut down. This is a stain on the country’s image and a disgrace to its people.
STAY AWAY. If you care about your safety and your children, do not book this.
