I recently came across VisaToDubai (also known as Pinoy Tourism) by doing a Google search. I needed a dubai tourist visa for my wife.

I initially entered the details via the website, but did not get any acknowledgement to my email. So I followed up the next day on WhatsApp. I was a bit skeptical as the WhatsApp profile did not match their website. I enquired about my application through their website, in which they confirmed that they did not receive it.

I then enquired about getting a dubai visa. They explained the types of visa and what was required, so they can then process the visa. I was really impressed by their knowledge of the types of visa, and put me at ease.

I then provided the relevant documents to them through WhatsApp. They then asked my to pay for the visa, in which they provided the account details. Before I made the payment, I did do a check on Pinnoy Tourism on Google to check the legitimacy of the company (they are legit).

Once I've made the payment, I requested a receipt/invoice, which I got the very next day.

They mentioned that the visa will take a week to come through. After 3/4 days, I received a WhatsApp message with my wife's visa. I was really pleased that it was done so quick.

I would give it a 5 star, but because of their multiple company names, I felt uneasy. Nevertheless great service, and I would recommend to others if they need a Dubai/UAE visa.
