I spoke to their agent regarding a visa to the UAE and he explained the process to me and how long it’ll take to process. And just like he explained it took a couple of days and my visa was ready, I had used them back in 2019 and they’re still as efficient as of then. Thank you guys.

Thank you Alim for your patience throughout this process. My visa came out a little later than promised and initially my surname was spelt incorrectly on it. I was not happy about this and I contacted Alim to get this changed. Although it is an evisa and linked to your passport number, I did not want to risk any possible issues on my arrival. Alim reassured me that this would be resolved as it was an error from the embassy. He always responded to my whatsapp messages and calls, always polite until the issue was finally resolved 2 days ago. Thank you very much, will recommend to others.
