Dubby delivery fail, no help from support
I was really excited about Dubby. I ordered the peach flavor a while back and thought it was pretty good. The flavor and quality seemed to be at a pretty high standard.
Unfortunately, when my wife tried to order more for us, the package never arrived, despite tracking saying it was delivered. We reached out to the post office, who told us to contact the sender.
We contacted Dubby, and they didn't get back to us for a couple weeks. When they finally did they basically gave a short flippant answer saying they can't help because it was delivered. This was after we reached out through multiple channels and their social media assured us they reply within 24 hours.
It would be so easy to extend a helping hand and try to find out what happened or resend to try to fix it. A small cost to earn a happy long term customer. Instead they basically ignored us and told us it's not their problem. What a disappointment.
