I was moving into a new-unfurnished apartment after disappointment by a previous supplier. I called Dublin Beds by EOD and the rep was patient enough to guide and provide me with a mattress and delivery in about 12 hours. The delivery guy also brought it all the way to the top floor. What an amazing service. I was wowed; totally recommend.
First bed came and on opening box was mouldy. Box was fine. Rang straight away and new bed ordered and delivered the following Saturday. New bed sturdy and easy to assemble.
It's always best to judge a company by what they do when things go wrong. CAN'T FAULT THEM.
I paid €600 for a bed frame, a few days after purchase I was contacted by Fiona, informing me that it will take 2-4 weeks to process my order. I waited almost three weeks then emailed requesting an update, received no response. I then decided to call them, the listed landline number is not in service so I called the mobile number several times (Fionas) and no response. I sent a text, no response. Finally, I left a voicemail today that they are leaving me no other option but to contact my bank if they don't get in touch with me. A few minutes later Fiona texts me saying she will process a refund tomorrow. Massive waste of time, and hard to trust a business with such behaviour.
