Please please AVOID this company

Water lodging on 3 different locations of the slabs . Artificial grass blows over when it's breezy

It looks to me like whoever put up your fencing, never left a water outlet. That’s your problem whoever done the fencing not mine I would like you to take the one star review of trust Pilot? as soon as possible. Thank you

This lot go under many names with fake online adverts City paving for example. Something something paving etc etc. Stay well clear, complete cowboys. Amateur work that falls apart a few months later. No google business accounts associated with any of them which would be a red flag, they block any comments on social media accounts.

DublinPaving called me and advise that he was a traveller and if I did not remove the review below he would be calling around to the house with his mates. He knows where I live and I don't know where he lives.

I recently hired DublinPaving.ie to complete a paving job, but unfortunately, my experience with them was quite disappointing. Initially, the company failed to finish the work they were assigned, leaving the job incomplete. To make matters worse, after receiving the agreed-upon payment, they demanded additional funds to complete the task. This unexpected request for more money was highly unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
Within a week of their supposed completion of the job, I noticed significant holes appearing in the asphalt they had laid. This was particularly concerning, considering the fact that DublinPaving.ie boasts a 7-year guarantee on their work. However, when I reached out to them to address this issue and request repairs, they shockingly informed me that I did not have any warranty coverage. This blatant contradiction between their advertised guarantee and their response to my complaint was both misleading and unacceptable.
Moreover, during the course of the project, DublinPaving.ie managed to damage my garden gate, leaving a hole in the metal. This damage not only mars the appearance of my property but also creates a vulnerability to rust, which will likely require further repairs in the future. This carelessness and lack of attention to detail demonstrated by DublinPaving.ie further added to my disappointment with their services.
In my interactions with DublinPaving.ie, I found their communication to be dismissive and unhelpful. Whenever I raised concerns or sought assistance, their only response seemed to be a simple and unapologetic "Job complete thank you." This level of customer service is far below the standard one would expect from a reputable company, and it left me feeling unheard and ignored.
While they were in the process of compacting the surface, the workers decided to use my garden hose to spray water on the asphalt. Unfortunately, this resulted in the garden hose being covered in black asphalt, effectively destroying it. This careless and thoughtless act further demonstrates the lack of professionalism and respect for my property exhibited by DublinPaving.ie.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend DublinPaving.ie. Their failure to fulfill their contractual obligations, the lack of accountability for subpar workmanship, damage to my property, and dismissive customer service have left me with a negative impression of the company. I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options for their paving needs to avoid the frustrations and disappointments that I have encountered.

Someone knocked on my door within a half hour of me texting them about a week ago! They then quoted me over 6000k for a job which another company (which I'd used in the past) had quoted me almost half for the same job. They THEN went on to slate that other company. I said I never deal with companies that put other companies down. That is a big red flag for me. Also the price quoted!! Did they think that this little woman was naive? I didn't think I would be quoted such an outrageous amount and id recommend anyone do their research before using dublinpaving.ie and get other quotes so you know when someone is trying to rip you off.

This company was hired to pave my brother in law’s garden and lay a new lawn. Unfortunately, they did a terrible job which had to be completely redone. The paving was uneven and sloping and the ground had not been correctly prepared underneath. The bricks used showed wear and tear, with scrapes and marks as if they had been used previously. The grass was placed on top of sand and rubble with no chance of it being able to take root. There was no proper drainage which resulted in puddles of water and a waterlogged garden. When challenged on these issues, the workers admitted it was not done to the correct standard and promised to return and fix things. When they arrived, they started to take up the paving and place it on the newly laid grass (which should not have even been walked on for a month). When my brother in law challenged them on this and asked what would happen if they damaged bricks when taking them up, they became abusive towards him and left. He had withheld the balance of the work until the job was completed so luckily he had this to use towards paying the workers which fixed all of these issues. The work was extensive and took several days and the company who fixed these issues were horrified at how badly the work had been done by Dublin Paving.

The reason I am leaving this review is to warn other people not to ripped off by Dublinpaving.ie. We could not find any reviews of this company online prior to using them so hopefully this will stop someone else from going through the same experience.
