Fools you to think they are based in Dublin!! ships from China!!!!
Zero stars for Dublin Trends. If I could give this company a 0 rating…
If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. An awful company that dupes its customers into believing they are buying from an Irish business. When you realise they are based on the other side of the world and ship from China it’s too late. The customer service is terrible and the product (when it eventually turns up) is a cheap and tacky version of what you thought you ordered and doesn’t work! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Order from wish or Ali express.
It's not a real company.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I was told I would get my item in a week before as it was a gift for someone’s birthday. It has been 2 months, the birthday has passed and they will not give me a refund of the money and told me that to have patience that it will arrive in a few weeks even though I told them I do not want the item anymore.

Honestly was the worst experience ever...
I have bought a drone from them...and it is not at all as discribed...is a cheap Chinese from wish one but much more expensive..
So if you think about buying one you can directly order from wish and saves you lots of money..
The drone came after 2 months and a half, very bad quality, they do not give any 100% refund.
And it is not water proof, it is not coming back as they say and all they cables are out..the camera is bad and etc..
Really sorry for wasting my money.

Customer satisfaction Of no value to Dublintrends
I bought a wifi extender and chose uk adapter in a drop down box. However when I looked at photos after it automatically changed my selection because I stopped on a picture of a us one. I didn’t notice but buying off an “Irish” company was surprised to see the us adapter. Fair enough when I made the purchase it would have been there but I checked out with PayPal I didn’t notice. When I contacted customer service all they cared about was keeping their money without any solution and I found them by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a purchase on the internet ever! No offer of a refund, return, proper adapter and the emails were blunt for fear of having to try solve the problem. I am referring it to a customer rights agency now and if I have a case well and good. Otherwise I’ll live with the loss but just want to warn others that customer satisfaction is of zero value to this company.

China-based organisation with an 'Irish sounding' website address.
They do not comply with typical refund/returns policies. I have lost out on a small sum and really, really want to warn anyone against ever using them.

Absolute disgraceful customer service…
Absolute disgraceful customer service take your money and no update. Obviously coming through the UK and customs with no clearance. Demanded a full refund their customer service is an absolute disgraceful. Unfortunately I had to click on a star yo give a review. They don't deserve one.

Drone that can't fly
I bought a drone for my son on Dublin Trends. It arrived ok but when I put the camera and side protectors on the drone it couldn't fly over 4 foot high. When I contacted Dublin Trends they told me I was out of time to get a refund. I thought this was actually an Irish web site but its not. Wouldn't take something off them even if it was free because it more than likely doesn't work.
I would never use this site again
I would never use this site again . I ordered to small fiberoptic Christmas tree window / table decorations on 8th of December . They only arrived on 20th January! Apparently they are called Dublin trend but source their products from China and other countries the other side of the world from Ireland I contacted them on 31st Dec to ask could they cancel my order and refund me and they refused , gave me a tracking order and said it was already shipped . To make matters worse the product was broken when it arrived and I could fit the tree in my hand it was so tiny , I paid €18 .. absolute joke Mickey Mouse organisation.. Avoid and don’t be caught out like I was
60 days waiting
Waiting now 60 days we have been told we will receive product 26 of December it's now Jan 17. tomorrow is18 Jan the day we believe its time to take action. Legal action
