LK119105297AU This is the tracking number you received the item for return and credit on the 26 April and I’ve sent 2 emails since then with no response asking what’s happening so you see my point
Do not buy from this company, quality of product is Cheap and nasty and when you return a product they don’t credit money and don’t respond to your emails. Not happy!!!!

I ordered a jacket in a medium size
I ordered a jacket in a medium size. It arrived in a timely fashion but the jacket didn't fit well. I requested an exchange. I was directed through the online help portal to mail the jacket with a note detailing my request within 14 days of receipt to a given Florida address. I would have to pay for return shipping. I was leery of this process as the help desk didn't ask what size I would like to exchange it for and because I shouldn't have to put a note detailing my request in with the jacket. I did as instructed over a month ago and I have not heard a response, received the jacket in the correct size, or have been given a refund if the exchange is not possible. l have attempted to elicit a response on the help desk three separate times and left a message on the help line twice to no avail.

I ordered 3 wool jackets from this company 90 days ago and only received one item! They still have yet to ship my other two items. I’m very upset with Dubram because they are liars! I wrote them on four different occasions and no response. My order number was 8299 and I urge people to stay away from this company due to their dishonesty towards hard working people!
