The online store is misleading and product manuals have mistakes, I bought and fitted a kit and fitted it last year and I am still having problems. Customer service is very inconsistent, passed from person to person so many mistakes.  I am left with a gate automation kit that my customer does not want and I don't have any confidence in. I have had to purchase a kit from a different company. It has been like dealing with amateurs not an international manufacturer.

Edit. I have taken my case to the European commission. Watch this space

I spent some 500€ on a gate opener on Novemer, 18. Received several emails, among whom was a shipment notice with an invalid tracking URL. Since then, all attempts to contact the company via email or phone have failed. Yesterday, they put out an email advertising campaign offering a 30% dscount on all products. Looks like they're trying to reap as much turnover as possible before going out of business. Beware!
