Poor quality, poor customer service

I bought Ducti wallet about 6 months ago and now the zipper got broken. I tried to send it back to them but they asked for an extra 16 dollars (with shipping costs) for the return even though it was obviously a defective product. The lifetime quarantee is also a big joke because you have to pay to get that. Customer service was also very rude to me. I'll never buy any Ducti products again and I recommend that you won't either because if something happens you won't get it fixed or replaced.
