The Quick Connect piping is affordable and easy to install. It allows flexibility when changing machine location. Even woodworkers can install it.

Called and had a question about the ductwork and was given excellent technical assistance. Also, after placing the order, I was reached out to by Stephen Kummer with a cheaper alternative on my duct order, which was extremely helpful and also saved me a couple bucks. Great job to all of your staff!

Normally, Nordfab parts are top notch. In my last order the 4 inch duct clamps were garbage. Not round. Not possible to make them round. Hard to use. Garbage.

Everything came in as expected. No complaints. The clamps are actually superior compared to the ones we had here at the shop already (unknown where they came from). All ducting worked well, even with a few pieces of old ducting that was left over from another machine install from back in 2016. Thank you for getting us everything we need! Made the dust collection install a snap!

Once you know exactly what you wish to order, the process is painless. Delivery is amazingly speedy and all components were properly packaged for shipment.

A genuine review should contain at least one suggestion for improvement so here’s mine: adding thumbnail images to the order page would help a great deal. Part numbers and written descriptions are essential too, but this tired old man brain is still visually oriented.

I had 2 issues:
I received an email with an expected ship date. Four days after that date I called to get tracking information. I was told the had the day before and I was given a tracking number. The tracking number was not for my order. I never got a good tracking number and the item was delivered the next day.
The item was a right angle flange. It was welded on the outside of the joint. I was expecting it to be welded on both sides of the joint. The bolt holes were not evenly spaced around the flange.

You have a very credible website for parts that is easy to navigate (once you get the hang of it) and your order and response time is excellent.
I will be back when my ducting needs expand.

Purchased a bellmouth fitting. Gave you my company address and specified my name and department so that I could get the item as soon as the part arrived. You neglected to add my contact information causing a delay and confusion over who ordered this item. Very poor shipping details on your part.

This order was not my first- the Quick Fit Ducting is well built, fits together easily and works very well. Will purchase more in the future.

The product was Nordfab so that is great.

Ducting Systems sent a wrong item and haven't heard if they are going to replace it yet.

Communication on shipping was poor. Delivery was attempted a day early (which is great!) but our shop was closed and they did not call or email. The driver just left with no promise of returning. We had to drive 80 miles to pick up.

I love the Nordfab ducting product and give them four stars instead of five because they shipped me three 60" long ducts which were loose in the box and rattling around during shipment and all were no longer round by the time they arrived. I was able to clamp them with a lot of effort, which I believe will be satisfactory as long as they don't leak air.( have not turned on the system yet ). This was not the shipper's fault, it was poor packaging. I consider Nordfab to be a superior product, but whats the point if it doesn't make it in one piece?
