Very Happy with their service, did a great job cleaning all our evaporative and heating ducts. Booking was a good experience explaining the full procedure in detail and very competitive pricing. Originally book with another company but cancelled a day before because a staff was sick and would not help get some one else to do the job as they were closing the week before Christmas. It shows their customer care factor versus being in holidays. I called Duct Mates and they were 100 time more professional than their competitors even working up to Christmas Eve to get our job done. Well done Duct Mate, highly recommended.

Nothing by praise for their service level. Sets them apart. Slightly pricier but I wanted a good real job and not some cheap rushed up job like my previous contractor. Get this company if you want it done right.

Cleaning of both the heating and cooling duct was done in 3.5 hours. CAn see the gunk coming out of the ductlines. Get it cleaned as recommended by a friend as I was suffering from asthma. Condition got really better after just a few days. I am your customer for life.
