I've been using Duda as my primary website builder for over five years now, and I can confidently recommend it, especially for small business websites. While it may not offer every cutting-edge feature that some larger, more complex competitors do, what it does offer, it handles exceptionally well. The platform is robust, fast, and consistently reliable.

Duda truly shines in its simplicity and ease of use for clients. This is the biggest win for my business: after launching a site, my clients feel comfortable making minor edits, like updating text content or swapping out images, without needing me for every small change. We can build websites faster on this platform than any of the others we've used. Also, page-load speed is lightning fast out of the box. It's a great platform for agencies.

We've been using the agency package of Duda for almost 10 years, I love the editor and site options, the AWS hosting. We focus heavily on SEO, so site speeds and health matter - we experience better site metrics to that of WP sites we manage or others. Websites produced using Duda account are more sleek and less clunky, and take us less time to produce, less maintenance over time - thats a win for us and our clients.

Tried to cancel my website hosting several times using their instructions on how to make an account inactive. Then i continue to get charged because of some other setting you ALSO have to turn off even when all accounts are already INACTIVE.

After nearly three years of building and launching 1,000+ client sites through Duda's platform, I can confidently say it's been the backbone of my embedded agency operation. What's working exceptionally well:

The white-label environment has been a game-changer. My clients log into a custom-branded dashboard and edit their own content. It's seamless brand consistency that makes a one-person shop look like a full agency.

Operationally, Duda's shortcuts have compressed what used to be multi-day builds into same-day launches. Global sections, the multi-site dashboard, and reusable widgets mean I'm not rebuilding the wheel for every project. The AI Assistant has also eliminated hours of grunt work, one-click generation of meta tags, alt text, and first-draft copy removes that repetitive task burden that could eat up my afternoons.

Performance-wise, I rarely touch websites after publishing because they maintain performance and design from update to update, which means I can focus on design and strategy instead of technical troubleshooting.

Where there's room for improvement:

The blog module handles basic article publishing well, but falls short for clients with complex content strategies. Author archives, advanced tagging systems, and bulk scheduling features are limited, so I end up creating workarounds for anything beyond straightforward blogging. Adding deeper CMS relationships, like linking case studies to team member bios, would open up more sophisticated content architectures.

Customer service experience:

Support has been exemplary every time I've reached out. Quick, knowledgeable responses that actually solve problems rather than deflecting to documentation.

Bottom line:

Duda isn't perfect, but for a solo operator who needs to ship polished, high-performing websites at scale while keeping clients happy post-launch, it's the best balance of speed, control, and client experience I've found. Three years and several redesign cycles later, I'm still choosing Duda for new projects (even my side projects), which says something when you've had enough time to discover every platform quirk and limitation.

Love using Duda. After being a Wordpress user for many years, I love that I don’t need to rely on a web developer for help and issues with my website. There’s no updating the CMS. It’s quick and easy to create pages and new sections to my site in minutes. Lots of versatility with page creation and styling, which is great for me and my lack of code and design knowledge. The added AI features are a great time saver too.
