The worst experience
We came to this firm for a licence valuation. A matter that should have taken weeks stretched past a year. Emails went unanswered for weeks at a time. Every revision came back with errors, including basic ones and errors in the calculations, and parts of the text were clearly carried over from work done for entirely unrelated entities. Running the drafts through ChatGPT as a simple self-check would have caught half of them before they ever reached us. Small, largely repetitive tasks were billed at full rate with no transparent explanation, and when we asked about pricing we were told the work involved was far greater than we imagined. We have never encountered legal service this unprofessional. I would not advise anyone to work with this firm. Choose a different provider.
