Complet scam, The house edge is not 0%!!!!

Duel isn't fake. Your example is massively subjective and is missing a lot of information to make sense.

What was your bet sizing
How many bets did you place
Were you playing perfect BJ or making mistakes
etc.

If you went all in on every bet to try and double your money and were playing imperfect blackjack then it would be very easy to lose repeatedly.

All of the house games on Duel are provably fair, you can input your client seed, server seed and nonce into the code on our site or use a 3rd party site if you don't trust ours - https://duel.com/fairness

If you need some help understanding the system, reach out to Duel's on site support, they'll be happy to walk you through it: https://duel.com/#help

Slots will do that to you mate, they can be extremely volatile and have a much higher house edge than most other games, especially on Duel where most originals have 0% house edge.

The slots that you're playing on Duel under the casino tab are the exact same slots that you play on other online casinos, the only possible difference is which RTP profile is used. You can see those in the rules of the games on the site in most cases, and Duel uses the highest RTP variants offered by the 3rd party slot providers.

Duel gives you 50% of the house edge of the slots as instantly claimable/withdrawable rakeback, based on your wagered amount - which is a much better deal than any 'bonus' or lossback that other casinos tend to give if you do the math.

Duel has nothing to do with Stake, we do have Beef on the site but that's different.

Duel doesn't scam anyone, we have 100% RTP house original games, it seems to be a common misconception that 100% = always making money. It doesn't.

You're still gambling when you play, and it's very possible to go on large winning or losing streaks even within a game that has 0% house edge, RTP is calculated over billions of rounds and simply means that you're not paying a house edge on your bets, so you're gambling with a completely even playing field, not skewed in the house's favour.

It's also redundant to share your stats with no context, without knowing what you're betting on, the amount of bets and the bet sizing it doesn't show anything at all. E.g. if you made a single all in bet and lost that amount, then claim the site is 'scamming' you because you happened to not win your high risk bet.

Duel gives the best sports betting odds out of all sites, doing that comes with some risk that exposes Duel to various bad actors trying to abuse match betting - to combat that the sports betting team limits accounts that are found to be abusing or multi accounting to bypass existing limits.

As a part of that, there is a small chance that a very select few recreational bettors will be falsely flagged as one of those abusers and limited - if that does happen just reach out to on site support and they'll ask the sports team to double check for you https://duel.com/#help

Duel feels fair from the moment you…

Duel feels fair from the moment you start playing. No weird stuff happening, no lag, no shady vibes. The site looks clean, works fast and does not spam you with fake bonuses.

The games are provably fair and you can check every result if you want. Their house games have 100% RTP, so you are not fighting any hidden advantage. It feels straight and honest.

The best moment for me was the payout. I won a bit, hit cashout in crypto and the money showed up in my wallet after a few seconds. No KYC, no excuses, no waiting forever. It just worked.

The level system is easy too. Some players say that using a VIP code when you make an account helps set things up better for the leveling system. Nothing huge, just a small tip people share.

If you want a casino that is simple, fast and not trying to trick you, Duel.com feels like a good place to play for fun.

If you’re profitable this book will limit you.

This book has limited me so badly and I’ve asked support and they said they can’t answer me and it’s up to their discretion to limit players sports betting. I literally could bet $1000 on tennis games now my max is $20. What a joke of a book I’m being honest will have to look somewhere else now.

Limits on sports betting aren't anything to do with being profitable or not, they have everything to do with a select few using unfair advantages to abuse the site or multi accounting to bypass limits on other accounts.

Plenty of accounts have no issues at all when placing bets on Duel and we've had users win 7 figures on sports. Duel's sports betting team take great care in only limiting users who are breaking our rules.

Recreational bettors wouldn't face an issue, and if they do they can reach out to support to have the limits reviewed at any time, ppl trying to abuse may well find themselves running into limits.

It's not a scam, you just suck

People think that when someone says 100% RTP it means they will win, no, you won't, 100% RTP means that you have the same chance of losing as you do in winning. If you wager 20$ its 50% chance to get it to 40$ and 50% chance to lose it. If you lose your 3$ deposit it does not mean that its their fault, you just suck.

10s of thousands of bets over months on slots, I average 76% rtp, somethings not right, not the same experience on other casinos

Hey mate, RTP is calculated over billions of rounds, looking at a sample size even as big as tens of thousands wouldn't accurately show the RTP values

Putting that aside though, the only variation between slots in different casinos is which RTP values they use, which come from the slot providers - the casinos themselves can't change the RTP of 3rd party slots, they're owned and operated by the providers and simply integrated into sites

Duel uses the highest possible RTP for all games under the casino tab, meaning the slots offered on Duel are the same or better than any other casino - additionally as well as that we also give 50% of that house edge back to the user in instant rakeback which is a much better deal than you get anywhere else

Promises to be different.. Still a scam

This casino like any others will rinse you badly.

They say they are different and provide "100%'' rtp but somehow losing 15/20 BJ hands is normal on their originals.

Dont play here

When you're playing on other casinos you're mathematically going to lose in the long run due to the house edge - that isn't the case at Duel, playing our 0% house edge games gives you a completely fair gambling environment for the first time ever.

100% RTP doesn't guarantee that you'll win your bets, nor does provably fair, you're still gambling and are just as likely to lose as you are to win. It's very possible to go on large losing streaks as well as large winning streaks within a 100% RTP game.

If you have questions on how it works and want a more in depth explanation reach out to our support team who will run you through it - https://duel.com/#help

Hey, I'm assuming you're referring to sports betting here based off what you've said. Having a bad experience with a site because you didn't get exactly what you wanted or always end up walking away with more money doesn't mean that the site is a scam. You're gambling, you should only gamble for fun and only if you're prepared to lose as well as win.

Duel doesn't scam anyone, we are strongly against any scams or harmful practices within the industry and actively call them out whenever we find them.

Nobody is holding you back from legal arbitration - we can't prevent you from filing a suit against anyone. I can assure you though that there was no need for it in this case.

As the head of our match betting team explained to you, the bets you attempted to place never went through, and were refunded 1 second and 7 seconds after your requests were made.

Balance being deducted for a bet doesn't mean it's immediately accepted, it's done so there's no chance of spending the balance twice while waiting the few seconds until your bet is accepted or rejected.

Slightly better than existing alternatives

There's positives to the site, for now:

1) Fast withdrawals, no KYC, most players report there are no hassles or held funds, like other crypto casinos.
2) Very high rakeback.
3) Decent, fast UI, very transparent open reporting of player wins/losses by clicking on username.
4) Very fast sign up.

The negatives:

1) Extremely low RTP on slots, so artificially bad expect to lose every deposit and see almost no real wins. Slot RTP is criminal, calling into question legitimacy of the entire site, since the owners are claiming they have set the slots to the "highest RTP" yet this does not appear to be the case.
2) Ownership is shady and questionable.
3) Claims of 99% RTP on house games, but players are reporting the Blackjack is rigged and fake RTP, many players losing aggressively on the Blackjack.

Overall, site is decent, but you will probably lose a lot, as most players are getting rinsed. There are a handful with big wins, giving the site some credibility.

Hey, let me address your points:

1) This isn't how slots work at all. The only variation you'll find in slots between different casinos is which RTP variant of each slot they use. There are no settings on the casino's end to adjust the base RTP of the game. You can find what RTP each game is by checking the rules within the game.

Duel (and most other larger casinos) use the highest RTP variants available, meaning you're playing the same slots on Duel as you'd find elsewhere. The only difference on our site is that we give 50% of the house edge of the games under the casino tab as instantly claimable/withdrawable rakeback.

2) The ownership being 'shady' and 'questionable' is a questionable statement, the owner is publicly known and very open about his vision for the site.

3) All of the games that we had on launch started at 99.9% RTP but the 0.1% house edge was refunded, meaning they were retroactively made to 100% RTP and have been 100% RTP ever since. People making 'claims' of a game being rigged does not make it true, gambling will always have some people that win big and some that lose big.
