Great casino with no problems - besides one.
Never had any problems here - withdrawals sometimes say pending but you can easily resolve this with the automated chat and they send it instantly after this.
RTP is offered at the highest possible amount for each slot machine.
However, as of a few months ago they have removed NoLimit City slots which were my favourite and easily most played. When I asked in chat at the time the moderators claimed they were having a small issue and every other casino is too - however I know this isn't the case as I was playing NLC slots on other websites perfectly fine.
To this day, 3 months later, they still have not added NoLimit slots back to the website and this is a bit dissappointing.

Another crypto scam site. Every bonus you buy on slots is between a 80-90% loss.
I bought the final bonus on gates of olympus after 30 of them and on the first spin it drops a 20x bomb with a connection AND a retrig, fantastic right? wrong, with 19 spins remaining and a 20x tumble multiplier it proceeded to dead spin for 17 spins in a row and pay an 8x at the end. Absolutely disgusting after buying 30 in row, and a complete scam.
Spinning slots is no better, you can go into the thousands of spins before you get the bonus, and it still pays a miserable amount every time, which is usually below a 10x.
They tell you they don't have control over RTP but that is a lie. They have software (a console) where they can change every aspect of everything, why wouldn't they have this sort of thing, right? They can change RTP site wide or target specific users. Hence why you see streamers getting 3 max wins a week.
Do not sign up to this site or any other unregulated casino site out of curacau. These sites are just csgo scam sites with a reskin.
No doubt they will lie to trustpilot in an attempt to get this review taken down, like all of these shady sites do, but I have proof of play so good luck with that.

Extremely suspicious practices
I believe it's safe to say the casino games are rigged. I brought up my concerns with bugs or manipulation to support who simply said at first "you win some and lose some". After explaining probabilities and odds as certain games they're adjustable. The response was RNG and review our fair gambling page, not only does the page have no code details. RNG also wouldn't behave in that way considering the loss odds percentage.
To sum up, a game with adjusted odds of a 25% loss probability. 10-15 rounds were lost within the first 2 selections and the majority occurring on the first which is basically borderline impossible considering the odds. It ended up being a 65% loss rate historically, considering the odds were 25% this Once again, even with RNG the odds still matter and it was obviously skewed to be a higher loss rate than should have been possible, thus manipulation.
I brought all these concerns up with support but they simply just ignored everything and said RNG review our fair gaming without actually looking into the concern of the numbers.

Overall a good casino but if a casino can't hold up to its own saying/mistakes. Then it should definitely be avoided.
I gamle on multiple and various online casinos using crypto and when I asked what perks they give, they said there was some promotions and promised a 10% back on net losses. Therefore, I deposited over $6500 USD worth of crypto and lost them.
After getting on a live chat about how to claim the 10% net of losses which are equal to about $690. They refused and told me I wasn't eligible. I of course have pictures and chat logs of this incident.
However, the casino itself is good and payouts fast when you're extremely lucky. But I mean there are much better ones out there that keep their promises and payout what is deserved ASAP without even asking for it. And ON TIME.

Duelbits Refusing to Pay out Winnings.
Have been waiting over 2 weeks for withdrawal of $2100USD. Been told initially that the withdrawal was successful and will take 1-2 hours, then the withdrawal was held for 3 days.
Following this the casino asked for KYC and told me it would take between 12 and 48 hours. I completed KYC and have been waiting for 2 weeks now for the withdrawal to go through, contact live chat multiple times. They continue to tell me there has been no update from there compliance team.
This is my edited review, downgraded from 3 stars, Duelbits is purposefully delaying the KYC process and refusing to pay out $2100 USD. This is very sad.

If your selection scores at least 115 points in a match, then we will pay you out as a winner, regardless of the final result. on NBA bets.
Yesterday I placed a bet on Memphis vs San Antonio and San Antonio managed to score at least 115 points. However 30 minutes AFTER I placed my bet I received an email saying I am no longer eligible for promotions. San Antonio ended up losing however they are now refusing to pay me out. Is it okay to do that after an irreversible bet has already been placed? They did not even void it they just took my money. Support refuses to give me a reason for it.
EDIT: They give you a basic reply saying they have the right to not pay you out however they have NEVER given me a reason for it (There is no reason for it). I really suggest you avoid this site as they will take your money and not give you a reason for it.

Awful gambling website
Awful company, all gamblers should avoid it. All I did was, won a few sports bets, through their promotion, maybe was in profit of around $200, afterward, I place my bets as usual, but when they were supposed to return my money, they suddenly talk about how I am limited and am not eligible for any sportsbook promotions anymore.
They claim that they had sent me an email informing me of this issue, however, I never received it and was not informed of having any exclusions, even when contacting the support team prior to placing my bets.
Even according to their own terms of service, they would void my bets, as opposed to limiting me from sportsbook offers altogether.
They never made sure I received the email. I even had issues with receiving verification email, to verify my email, which I was not getting and only was verified after contacting their support, whose email I was able to see, so nothing to do with my own email settings.
0/10 avoid, even when you win as little as $200 they suddenly without making sure you are informed limit your account in hopes of you losing. That's all they want.
