Our experience with Duferco Energia has been very disappointing.
Over a two-month period we were charged impossible and extortionate electricity usage fee's (mainly as we were not even there for 3 weeks). We have taken and recorded actual meter readings, and these do not align with the Duferco figures used to generate the bill.
This is our only home, and our usage is consistent and verifiable. The billing appears to be based on something other than actual consumption.
We have attempted to resolve the issue directly without response. The agent who initially handled our account is unable to provide clear communication explaining how the estimate was calculated or when the bill will be corrected.
We are simply requesting that the invoice be recalculated using realistic readings and that the discrepancy be addressed transparently.
Until this matter is resolved, we cannot recommend this provider.
