As you were part of one of our corporate schemes, unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill orders from our stock as the demand was so high from the corporate offers. I believe this was communicated by your colleague who shared the corporate offers that the lead times on the website aren’t accurate for the corporate scheme.
“The lead time is longer and the corporate Aerons are not in stock (as it shows on our website). Therefore, they can expect a lead time of 20-30 days. Covid is also impacting and so this lead time cannot be guaranteed.”
Nevertheless, we do apologise that you did have to wait a long time and for any confusion with this offer and hope you are happy with your chair now :)

SO much packaging

The product was great, I bought a sit stand desk, which was a bit tricky to construct but worth it. However, it was delivered on two pallets screwed together as well as cardboard and plastic wrap. Completely over packaged which was left at my property, it is going to cost me almost £100 to get it broken up and disposed of as I am not able to do this myself. Very disappointing environmental credentials.

We have been in touch with our supplier again who delivered this product directly to you. They gave the following response:

“The products are packaged well so to minimise the risk of damage caused in transit.
Since this concern was raised, we have started to offer a pallet take away service as a premium service and is quoted for based on the postcode.
I will raise your comments with our warehouse manager to see if there is an improved way to go forward.”
