I have had now two big issues with Dukaten, but what happened today is very not acceptable.
I needed to rent a car for a week while waiting for my be repaired. I have a subscription at one of Dukaten parkering. Pay it automatically already because of their first mistake…their system seens not to update if you choose to manually pay the subscription, even though you get an email that is renewed I several times could not get out. Needed call and then their latest solution was that I ahould accept that automatically. I do that now. Thought problem was solved until I decided to change the subscription temporarily for another plate number. All in the app is good.
However I could not get in in the parking place except if I payed for a separated ticket. I called them and they said I should go out and in again and would be no problem. I did, needed pay 6kr. Got in. Got out without problem, parked in city in another of their parking places where I do not have a subscription but my license plate was read. Perfect. Come back home and I get a message I can not drive in because the car is parked already there. Tried to call them twice no answer. I decided att go and park outside in another area from another company but it was full…I tried again go in and the only way is to pay a separated ticket for the night. I will try again call tomorrow but it seems I will need to pay for a full night even though I pay monthly for them. Really shit system. After I solve this will remove my subscription from you.
