Back again for the timeless leather dog lead
I bought a toy from these guys a year ago and really loved it, so came back to see what else they have. The leather leads took my eye and I must say the quality is just exceptional! Not sure why they've had some neg reviews recently, but I've had great experiences both times and will be back for a third.

Super jumpers and super service!
My dog absolutely loves their new jumper! The wool is super soft and warm, perfect for this weather. Service was really good and quick delivery too!

No Delivery or Communication - Edited item now delivered
My order has not shipped yet. I realise that this was a recent order and over the holiday period but I cannot access the order from the site and the company are not replying to messages via e-mail or Facebook.
This and other negative reviews about the company have made me concerned.
I will give an update if I receive any communication from the company.
Update: Finally got communication from the company - they blamed my messages had gone into Spam but to be frank, further commuication wasn't quick - I guess they are either very busy or nobody is working full time. However, I did get the dog collar although the medium one was too small for my beagle. The replacement (I had to pay another £6 for postage) a large, arrived a couple of days ago (guessing that they import from another supplier) and is lovely. The whole process was long and worrying but is now resolved with a good product.

Hi Stu, thank you for your review. We are sad to receive a 1* review here, despite giving free treats as an apology and staying on top of the delays, which were out of our control.
The £6 fee covered shipping twice and the item size change difference, which we reduced for you also.
However, we completely understand the lack of reply and order delays were our responsibility and aren't wanted by any customer, so we apologise for this again.
Not happy.
Placed an order on 12th December 2025 and still waiting for it to be despatched. Have contacted them but nothing in response. This was a christmas present for my dogs. I'll have to go on eBay now, at least I will get notifications. I received nothing to say the item was out of stock but I did get an email much later on to say the order had been cancelled. By then I had cancelled my credit card so the refund had nowhere to go. I genuinely thought this was one of those fake copycat companies that were prevalent at the time and I was taking no chances. Sorry if I have offended you but I seemed to be hitting a brick wall for answers. I will think about it.

I would avoid shopping here at all costs. Order not forthcoming and no response to any of my email enquiries. No customer service whatsoever. No phone contact details to be able to speak to anyone. Like another reviewer I had to escalate situation to my credit card company for reimbursement when my order failed to materialise and order cancellation request went unanswered.

Would avoid
Not sure if this company is a scam or not but I placed an order on 24th December for a Jules dog jacket.
After a few weeks, once Christmas was out the way, I'd had no update so I emailed asking whether it had been dispatched and had no response. I then emailed a further 2 times over the following week asking for updates and got no response. I then rang my bank who said they would contact the company, which seems to have worked as I received a refund today.
Would advise not shopping here. Even if its a legit business their customer service is appalling.
