100% Satisfaction and always responding to messages

I booked one ticket and it became invisible in less than 24 hours. I emailed customer care but no one responded. Initially, they said it will long lasted for 3-4 days.

Please don't waste your money. Highly don't recommend to anyone.

You guys are making fool to people who trusted upon you. Yesterday I escalated on @Trustpilot at around 10pm and all of sudden I received an email from you guys at 1.30 am 8 August 2023 so that you can reply on this platform.

Respected Sir, when I emailed you on Saturday 5 August 2023 at 10.24pm you never replied. On top of that, you stated that you sent tickets 2 days before the departure but how come you send me updated ticket with in 30 mins on Friday when initially I booked and no body sorted out my queries.

YOU ARE MAKING FOOL TO YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS. When I highlighted on this platform then all of sudden you sent me updated ticket with all my personal details mentioned inside ticket (earlier it was not there).

You must understand the pain which we have to face when no one is replying to our queries. I contacted your India customer care as well on whats app but he also not answered me properly. I mentioned that can I call you but he didn't bothered to reply.

Because of you guys I have to booked new, actual ticket and bear the cost of cancellation. In online business, you cannot make fool to your customers.

@Trustpolot - thanks for this platform but please make this platform more useful so that we can start a thread for discussion so that we can discuss our concern transparently

I had read good reviews and was hopeful it would be good. However, I had a terrible experience. Let me start from the start:
1. The website is terrible to use. There is "dummy ticket for visa" and "dummy return ticket". Dont know the difference. The cost is difference and the function is the same.
2. The website had bad UX
3. After you make the payment, there is no communication about when you will receive the ticket.
4. On inquiring with customer support, they then inform you that it will come on the said date (2 days before the appointment
5. Requires constant follow up
6. I received two separate tickets for my parents from different airlines on the same date. I had specifically asked for one PNR. How stupid is this? An old couple will travel to the same destination on different airlines?
7. Both the PNRs were not working
8. Horrible customer support. I tried contacting them on all platform but there was no response as soon as they realized there is an issue.
9. Their phone number is not working
10. It is very expensive as compared to other sites offering similar services. Trust me it is double the cost
11. I do not have anything against them personally but want to warn other users.
12. Yes, I have heard good reviews as well. But I had a bad experience.
13. They photoshopped my tickets.

This is a legit service. Coming from a real customer.
I was skeptical in the beginning but they provided the right tickets for Schengen visa and it was approved.
Their email replies might be slower hut whatsapp is quick and they help you on time. Company is based in India but definitely are Not scammers and totally legit and work for customer satisfaction.

I was sceptical at first but went through with it in hopes that it will work. The first hour, I've not received anything due to my silly mistake due to a typo.

After few obnoxious emails by my side, the issue has been solved and the ticket got delivered as promised. The customer support is top notch.

Can only recommend.

On the website they tell they you pay extra for visa tickets and they would be valid for 2-3 weeks but they cancel it within in few days not even completing 2 weeks, which could cost you visa money. Would be better to book some refundable business class ticket than using this service.

It's good service by this site . They will send the tickets intime . With this tickets any problem will not come in airport . Very thankful to everyone who is managing this

When I placed the order for a ticket, I provided clear information regarding the destination, port of entry, and transit requirement. Unfortunately, while the destination and transit requirement were correct, the port of entry was incorrect. I immediately requested a redo, but the customer service representative, Dev proved to be unhelpful and, to be exact, rude in their interactions. Over the course of 20-odd hours, I sent multiple polite texts (which can be provided upon request) inquiring about a replacement ticket, only to receive half-hearted, mostly one or two-word responses such as "ok," "it will take a few hours," "we will see" (?!), "will check," "oh sorry," and "wait," from Dev. My last message, inquiring about the time I would receive the replacement ticket, was completely ignored.

The service provider claims to be the "oldest" and the "original" in the industry, yet it appears that they have failed to learn from their rich experience. Not only did they demonstrate a lack of professionalism by inaccurately issuing the ticket, but their customer service also fell far below the expected standard.

Stay away from them.

Update: Since I received a good service from Dummyticket, i recommended them to our company. However, the dummy flights that I am receiving recently are not in the same format and the service I am receiving is no longer the same as before. George J tells me it is okay to use the 4 pages ticket / dummy flight from Emirates which I know will not be accepted and just ignore my messages and email. I would appreciate if this can be treated in the same urgency as your services used to be greater than this.

I feel grateful to have this company to sort out the ticket. This is the first time that my little kid travels abroad alone, and they helped us for our last second request (a few hours before the flight departed). The customer service staff were bravo. They stayed awake until midnight in my time zone and wait for my kid got into the gate successfully to make sure things went smoothly and successfully. Really appreciated.
