The quality of the two embroidered dressing gowns was amazing, really fluffy and look really beautiful. I was a bit worried they wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but they did. Towels R Us were really helpful with following up on the delivery when it was taking longer than expected.

Used Towels R Us before and found their products to be very good, but delivery times are, to say the least poor!

I wasn't sure about ordering when I was unable to test the quality of the product but my expectations were met and exceeded. My mum will love the coat and the personalisation of her name on the same. Would recommend this to all.

I bought a hooded dressing gown for myself in January. My daughter admired it so much that I have bought her one for Christmas. The quality of the towelling is excellent and your service was very prompt and efficient. The added personal touch of her name embroidered on it has made it a truly lovely gift.

I ordered a dressing gown with an embroidered name for a Xmas present for a very good friend and was very impressed with the finished article. The order came when promised and well packaged. Well worth the money that I paid and was far better than anything that I saw in the high street shops.

I bought 2 luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels with embroidered initials on them, when only 1 arrived I contacted them by phone, they apologised for the error and sent the other towel immediately, it arrived the following day at my home in Jersey, which was super fast response. The towels are of the highest quality and look wonderful in my newly fitted bathroom. I am a totally satisfied customer, and will be dealing with Towels R Us in the future. The gowns were great, as on the tin but why, when ordered at the same time, did they arrive a day apart and why wouldn't your system treat them as one order?

This item and service was very good, slightly longer despatch time than originally stated so if you are in a rush (like you would be in a rush for a personalised towel!) be aware.

I was very impressed by the helpful attitude of staff & promptness of delivery. I had personalised dressing gowns ordered for my nephews & was extremely pleased with quality. Would definitely recommend this company to friends & family

I ordered the egyptian towelling robe and had it personalised. The whole order process was very easy with plenty of font and colour choices. Towels R Us kept me informed of approx delivery then emailed me again when they had despatched it. Robe is nice and soft and a good quality. I just hope my future son in law likes it.

This is the first time I have used this company. The service and the product are great. Will most likely use them again.

The wooden rail is well finished and I am pretty sure I have seen this exact same towel on a swanky housewares site at a higher price.
