I bought 2 embroided bath towels which is lovely and soft, however the design could have been placed better.

I also bought two embroided bath sheets and was quite disappointed with the quality as I bought much better quality bath sheets in my local supermarket for half the price

Fast efficient service with excellent product

Firstly I would just like to say the online ordering process was absolutely fine. However the delivery service was appalling. Having ordered a xmas gift without personalised message online on 12th Dec I was advised it should be delivered before 23rd Dec.

I received an email 13th Dec advising it would be shipped and est delivery before 23rd Dec. Having received nothing by 22nd I attempted to contact the office, unfortunately the office closed from 23rd to 28th Dec. I attempted to trace package online with city link with url provided, however the order number was not valid from the towelsrus website.

I contacted the office 28th Dec, good customer service from staff. They advised they would call back after contacting city link. Call back right away to advise citylinks van had been stolen with my order in it! They would send another out that day to be delivered 29th Dec.

I waited in all day 29th and did not get any delivery. Contacted office 29th, again good customer service, advised I would get call back once checking with citylink. Call back to confirm delivery 30th Dec, I asked for the tracking ID, this is actually a different number to the order number from towelsrus, its called "consignment" number. Once I had this I went to citylink to track, I found they had said they left a card on 29th Dec, which wasn't true. I contacted towelsrus office again to ask them to contact citylink to confirm address and pass my mobile number on, which they did and called me back to confirm.

Finally at 16:30 in 30th Dec I received my parcel.

In summary, towelsrus website and staff very good. But with citylink delivery it just wasn't worth ordering from this site.

I was satisified with the fabric and general manufacture quality.of this bathrobe.
I must say however that having selected the largest size possible (for what was a family gift!) I was a little disappointed with the sizing of the bathrobe as it looks rather 'skimpy' on someone who would not normally have that problem with a large size garment.
Clear chest measurements or an 'XL' option for those in doubt would have been helpful in the website buying process!
Also, though the paid for gift box was fine and the package well protected for the courier transport, the gift tag was very poor & had to be replaced with one of my own.

I have ordered from Towels R Us on a few occasions. Each time my order was dispatched very quickly and I received the goods within a short period of time.

I ordered two microfleece blankets. I was amazed how quickly the order came, especially as they were ordered very close to Christmas. The items were as described and the price was very reasonable. Will do business again with Towels R Us.

Ive ordered items from this company for years. Normally no hassle or problems at all. I ordered an item 13th December for Christmas delivery, it is not the 3rd of January and this item has still not been delivered. I was offered my money back but I said no, I am more than happy to wait for the item to be delivered as the quality and standard of merchandise is well with the wait. Small hiccup but nevertheless, I'm happy with this company and have reccommended towelsrus to friends for years!

I ordered a personalised dressing gown just before Christmas when they must have been extremely busy, and it was delivered on time and exactly as requested, great gift!

I ordered personalised towels for my children for Christmas, they dlivered in the time frame promised and the towels were lovely. Really pleased.

Can't say a bad word about the quality of the bathrobe that I ordered for a Chrisatmas present. Would definately buy from the company again.

I was rather late in ordering a bath robe for christmas. The company delivered the item in time and it's recipient is very happy with it. The whole buying process was easy, service was great and product was excellent quality. What more can you ask for!

I ordered 8 customised towels 30 mins after the Christmas deadline. They all got delivered on time though so I am very pleased with the service.

I ordered a customised towelling robe, when it came the quality of the embroidery was great and it was exactly what I asked for, can't fault this company for doing what they say they will do - they told me when it will be delivered and it was here when it should have been, would definitely recommend to use this company and will most definitely use them again in the future!
