Your staff charged me $108 but never delivered my order. They initially said it would take 60 minutes, but then messaged me saying it would arrive tomorrow. This is the absolute worst service.

$116 for a $1 Gift Card
I heard back from Dundle today about the gift card I purchased for $116 but was delivered to me with only $1.46 on it. Not a great update.
They admitted that I did indeed receive a card with only a dollar remaining on it, but instead of saying, “Okay, sorry about that, we’ll refund you” they said that I would have to wait while they reach out to their supplier.
WTH!? You guys charged me $116.97 on YOUR website and through YOUR merchant processor. Why do I need to wait on you to sort things out with your supplier? Not my problem!
You verified my screenshots and accounts, so give me back my money. I did (unfortunately) did business with you, not your supplier. Do what’s right. I really don’t want to go through my back to resolve this.
