Do NOT buy products from this company!
I placed an order for a Dune HD Pro 4K Plus II media player on the 21st of November 2020.
I received the box the day before Xmas Eve.
Step forward only 1 month when I discover that they have discontinued the model I purchased and are selling an “improved model” under the name Dune HD Pro Vision 4K Solo.
The price of the new model is identical to the price of the “old” model and the specifications are identical with the exception that the new model has Dolby Vision - a feature that I dearly wanted, but never dreamed was just around the corner when I placed my order.
Obviously some people knew a replacement model was coming, because on the 26th January someone posted “This must be the media player with shortest lifetime ever. It has been superseded just after first shipments took place. Anything shorter is impossible”

Is that really any way to treat customers?
To sell them a product which they knew they were going to replace one month later.
