Ordered on March 4th, received a confirmation email, but as of March 12th, I haven't received any other communication, even though their website claims quick communication with customers. Therefore, I had to reach out to them via email myself. After a day, they replied stating that the money was refunded to my account on March 6th, although there was no evidence of any transfer. So, I had to write another lengthy email requesting proof that the money was transferred from their end... Unfortunately, still no response after two days.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes wich came to £188.80 a month ago. I have not received my shoes instead I received an email 2 days ago explaining how “my money is trapped in an account they can’t access anymore and can no longer send me my shoes, due to this I will have to ring my back to get my money back” they had also told me it’s not there fault and they can’t give me a refund I need to ring my bank for a refund wich I tried doin but they can’t help so I’ve lost out on near enough £200🤬

I have emailed the company twice no response I ordered my shoes beginning of January and paid for fast delivery still have not received my item. I have contacted my bank to ask for my money back. Don’t order from this site! SCAM!!

Does anyone have a contact number for dunk outlet ordered on the 17th December still haven't received my item and they are not replying to emails!!!!!

Scam still haven’t received my item in over 2 weeks with no order confirmation but money gone out of my bank and won’t replay to emails.

I ordered from you in which this took well over the estimated delivery time it stated. These trainers were for my daughter’s Christmas present to find they are a size 4.5 in a 5 box.
I’ve emailed and tried contacting on Facebook multiple times without any response 🤬🤬

I’m very confused I’m wanting to return a pair of shoes just received them 2 days ago but in my order there wasn’t a QR code how am I supposed to return them?
I’ve emailed to email provided but no answer it’s £100 that id like back however I do not have the packaging or I find they a return label. I have my own packaging but I’m confused on how to return them. Someone please help

Ordered on the 3rd of august and still not arrived - **note all positive reviews are from outside UK…

20/8 - did not receive any correspondence I.e why the trainers are still delayed until I posted on here… if you have a question you’re better off writing on here as you won’t get a response over email

I order trainers from this site on 7th July and I haven’t yet received them. :(
