Excellent product, awful customer service

Excellent product, if you can find where APC ( Dunkertons carrier) have actually delivered it. Then when you complain you get the answer ‘nothing to do with us’. I’ve bought hundreds of pounds worth of cider from Dunkertons (for our glamping guests) and they won’t even respond to my request when I say I want to speak to someone higher up as I’m getting nowhere with the so-called Support team …. Dreadful customer service.

My review is about filipino Kanto

My review is about filipino Kanto. I had adobo and never expected the horrible taste, no resemblance with the original dish either. Noodles were edible but blunt and extremely dry.
Never again

Very accomodating

They had a Rugby event, 2nd Nov 2024, which meant no table bookings were being taken.
Out daughter is a wheelchair user so it's always best if she & her mates can have a table, to sit around, so they're on the same level, as she can't speak, following a Stroke.
Called in there, & spoke to Manager Nick, who didn't hesitate to offer us a table reservation, which worked out perfectly, for the group.

Many thanks team.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!
I took my children & grandchildren to Dunkertons for a 'Birthday Hot Chocolate' this morning. When we arrived there was a sign to say 'Please excuse our mess we're having a gazebo put up'. This was an understatement about the mess as we had to actually climb over it all & walk through the builders mess to reach the outside catering van! We could not sit inside because of the workmen's clutter, which was fine as it wasn't raining. However sitting outside was impossible because of the excruciatingly painful noise coming from the workmen's drill!
As we did not have ear defenders on, like the workmen did we decided to leave with the children upset by the noise & 6month old baby. We took our cardboard cups with our cardboard tasting hot chocolate & left! The workmen could obviously sense peoples discomfort as they were staring & laughing at us. One lady in a wheelchair & her friend had to move too, other people left along with ourselves.
The most shocking thing to me was that we had to step right over a huge electric drill which was plugged in & being used & other stuff too!
WHY ON EARTH don't you close whilst you put this type of thing up? Or at least put a clear safe pathway with barriers or tape? Or make sure your builders keep all their equipment in one place & not inside where people can sit away from the noise. You may argue that it's not for long but it's far too long when you are visiting!!
Also the poor girl serving the drinks seemed very unhappy.... Not sure why but guess it could have been the noise?
My advice is to STAY AWAY from this possible health & safety breach!
