I had an issue with my boiler over the weekend and contacted Duoheat. From the first call, they were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They arranged a visit promptly, diagnosed the problem straight away, and had everything working again much faster than I expected.
What really stood out was their willingness to help on a weekend when many companies would either charge excessive fees or leave you waiting until Monday. The engineer explained the issue clearly, carried out the repair efficiently, and left everything tidy afterwards.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Duoheat again and would happily recommend them to anyone needing heating or plumbing work.
