I discovered Duolab during the first UK lockdown in the early part of 2020 and have not looked back since. I love the combinations of skin care, the quick delivery and now that it is getting colder the fact my morning and evening cream goes on my face warm!!
My skin has not felt this good in ages.
Would highly recommend the system.

I thought about it a fair bit before purchasing it as it’s a bit pricy, however I’m glad that I purchased it it’s a great skincare experience

I love the DUOLAB experience.
I’ve discover it recently and I’m already a real fan of the formulas and concept, same for my husband and son who enjoy using it. Each of us has a favorite skincare combination that we use night and day.
It’s brilliante!

The best natural skincare for my combination skin. I couldn't find any face care answering properly my skin needs until I tried Duolab. My favorite capsules are the light cream, the energizing radiance, the soothing comfort and the refined texture. I have been using them the past few months and my skin looks healthy and beautiful.

I have been using my Duolab for around 6 months now and my skin feels great. There are a number of the capsules which work really well with my skin so I always have choices depending on how my skin feels and what the weather is like. I especially like that the formulation goes into your skin warm and the capsules smell lovely too. I don’t usually spend a lot on skincare so this was an treat for me - it is totally worth it and I wouldn’t be without it.

Amazing formulations and textures but pricey

I have a very sensitive skin and I usually don't tolerate any product on my face. This is not the case for DUOLAB as the capsules are completely preservative free. My all time favorite concentrate is the Refined texture. The pleasure of the warm application is a very huge plus and the fact that I can choose my daily cream depending on my needs this day is amazing. I won't go back to any traditional skincare.

I bought a duolab 6 months ago and I must say, I like it. A lot! Bespoke products have always appealed to me, but combine that with natural ingredients, preservative free skin care, a name like L'Occitane, 2 year warranty and a recycling programme, and I was more than just curious. It was soon apparent that, if I followed their suggestion, I'd be spending £140 every 28 days for capsules alone: much more than I'd spend on serums, moisturizer & night creams at the moment. But I figured I'd buy the capsules when they're on offer and thats worked out fine and not use them all the time. They've now launched a rewards scheme and in time I'd expect it to become more affordable.
Anyway, the product! Nicely designed 'mixer' that doesn't take up much room. I spent a bit of time practicing putting the 2 capsules into the dispenser as they need to click together in order for the base and cream to mix: just watch the video on their website and follow the instructions that come with the device. It really doesn't take long until the cream is ready to apply: there's enough time to put on your serum whilst you wait. The machine may be a little noisy for some but on a par with an electric toothbrush I'd say.
Capsules come with a recycling envelope and I've bought one of their storage jars with a discount code.
I've only given it 4 stars due to noise; cost; and portability: its portable but I wouldn't want to add it to the electronic & electric devices I already typically take away with me.

Love the duolab. As soon as I read “preservative free”, I knew I had to get it and I love it. I’m using the Light Cream + Refined Texture capsules, and I’m seeing positive results. Most important it doesn’t aggravate my sensitive skin at all.

Love how it makes my skin feel and as a makeup artist love that it is all contact free and I can cater to my models skin type and needs!
