It was swift response and quick turnaround.
Job accepted and completed within one week.
Rep from duo tax liaised with properry manager and tenent directly and got the inspection and report done within a week.
The report is comprehensive, inclusive of all minor details and easy to read and understand for a laymen like myself.
In addition Duo tax sent me videos explaining how to read and make sense of the report.
In addition, due tax took initiative to send my report directly to tax agent as well.
