Disappointed with quality of rolling set
I purchased the DuraCast® Marbella Marble Rolling Board Set and was extremely disappointed with the quality.
The covering/coating on the product started peeling off, which is especially concerning for something that is used for preparing food. I contacted DuraCast India regarding the issue and sent them videos clearly showing the peeling, but despite sharing all the evidence, they have stopped responding and have offered no proper resolution.
For a product marketed as a premium marble rolling board set, I certainly did not expect the finish to start peeling. More importantly, I expected the company to take responsibility when a genuine quality issue was brought to their attention.
Very disappointing experience with both the product quality and after-sales service. I would recommend that buyers think carefully before purchasing, especially considering how the company has handled my complaint.
I am still waiting for DuraCast India to respond and resolve this issue.
