I ordered a multi battery charger to charge my camera batteries
They sent the wrong plug
I couldn’t get the charger to work , you apparently have to hold the battery against the 2 charging pins in order for it to charge, not mentioned in the instructions they send
No idea how long it takes to charge , but it seems ridiculous that that particular battery ( EN EL20 )has to be physically held in place for it to charge
For a Duracell product it’s very disappointing
They are now seemingly ignoring my request for a refund
