The product descriptions are very good and clear. Not the cheapest camera batteries, but the Duracell name is well known.

MANY calls no answer, then recordings, got to someone eventually and she had no idea what I was talking about. She gave me yet another bad number. Emailed, got response but wrong product info sent. Finally placed the order, had to add something I didn't need to meet you minimum. Altogether a HORRIBLE customer experience. WHY don't you answer the phone?

It was an easier transaction than I thought

Found exactly what I wanted with minimal searching.

I purchased two DRCLPE6NH batteries, which they say are direct replacements for the Canon LP-E6NH. Neither of them will take any charge (fast blink mode on official Canon charger) and are not recognized by either a Canon 5D iii or Canon 5D iv. They now claim that this battery is not compatible with those cameras and I will have to pay to return the batteries to them. Given that I've just bought a real Canon LP-E6NH and it works fine, they are obviously just trying to get out of their responsibilities. Poor customer service.

Easy peasy, very simple order process

The products offered on this site are described so you think you are getting quality and a good deal. But instead of saying one battery as it is, they indicate two cells in the title. No where on the site does it indicate only ONE BATTERY. The consumer thinks they are getting two batteries for the price but actually you are getting one battery for an inflated price.
I thought I was doing good by selecting duracell but I will never use a duracell battery again due to this misleading website that they offer. You do not know what you are buying until after you have already paid an inflated price due to the specifications.
I told Angela at duracell the same and she said Oh WELL!
