It was not what I wanted and Dusk Lighting waited patiently while I made up my mind and purchased another product - they credited the account with the amount I had first paid and also gave me a discount on the new item - all done politely and without any rancour. GREAT company with old fashioned service and ability to speak to a PERSON!!!

Great customer service
I had a problem with a lovely lamp which arrived with the glass cracked. The way it was packaged was great and should have been more than enough so the courier must have been stupidly rough. Anyway the company were great after discussion and photos they sent me out a new one. Great customer service and lamp exactly as described.

We took off one star because of the delivery driver
Delivery took a little longer than expected, although this didn't cause any issues. The order was very well packaged, so the fittings all arrived with no damage. We were frustrated that, despite updating our delivery preferences, this was ignored and therefore a very large box was just left on our doorstep for anybody passing to see. Hence the 4 stars.
The lights themselves look amazing, and we are really pleased with how stylish they look. We would not hesitate using Dusk Lighting again, although a more considerate delivery driver would be appreciated if we do!
