Send my parcel twice.
Twice never arrived.
I don't think this company have any physical presence in Norway.
They seem unable to answer basic questions.

Basically a total waste of time.

No issue with refund but I would NEVER order from this company.

Dust Deal has sent me the wrong parts for my Miele vacuum cleaner twice and refuses to accept returns. They claim I have to cut and adapt the parts myself. Even though they have never managed to help me, they have the nerve to send me a link to an evaluation form - and when clicking it, you only get to the page where you can buy more products. They auto-translate all their mails and clearly have no Norwegian people working there - even though they pretend they do.
This is the least serious company I have ever come across.

Had to pay customs duty of NOK 286 extra. Stay away!

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, did not receive anything. "Shipping" page says 2-7 days. Tried to contact, no answer.

On the Norwegian website, neither the "About us", nor the "Shipping" page mentions shipping from abroad. Hope the money wasn't lost.

The No webshop tells nothing about that the store itself is outside Norway. When you order something from them, tax and custom fees will come in addition. No information about this before you start looking for sales condition. Not even the receipt indicates that the item is sent from another country, within or without EU.
Stay away!! Order here can become horrible expensive!!

The product does not correspond : no refund.
On the website the product was clearly indicated "komplett" hose, when it came to us after more than a month and many reclamations, it seemed that the adaptator is not part of the "complete" product, and then you have to manage yourself.
Of course the company is open for me to resend the product at my fees, which means more than the price I payed. No refund because "it's not possible".
So I'm gonna be straightforward : DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT IS TO BE AVOIDED IN ANY CASES.

Warning. Fake company. Will not deliver the products you paid for. A scam!

I believe the seller operates in an illegal and very unethical way. As the domain I did my purchase through is Norwegian and all text and currency is in Norwegian, I thought it was a Norwegian seller that had included VAT in the sales price.

As there is no indication that the prices for the products listed on Dustdeal.no in fact are exclusive of VAT and other taxes, they are making you belive that their price is lower than in the rest of the market. Of course, when VAT and customs handling will be added, it becomes expensive, and you would be better off shopping from your local electro market. What they are doing is illegal as they are violating the Norwegian marketing act. Further more, they are violating the Norwegian VAT act, as the delivery of goods take place in Norway. As a consequence of the latter, the company should have been registered for VAT in Norway and collected and reported VAT to Norwegian authorities.

It has now passed more than two weeks since I placed the order and I have not received the goods from the seller. If I was to receive them, I would have to pay import VAT and a customs fee, which I will refuse to pay. This will result in me not getting the product.

I have reported the seller to Norwegian market- and VAT authorities, and encouraged them to investigate their scam.

I ordered the correct bags for my Miele vacuum. Dustdeal.no sent the wrong bags. I contacted their customer service and was assured that the bags they sent were compatible with my vacuum.

Bags were wrong. Vacuum is a mess with dust and dirt all over
The new filter was ruined, and the vacuum may also be damaged.

It's been a pain getting a refund. first they say to send the bags back, then i dont need to, then they say they'll refund when the bags are returned...

i don't recommend this service

Dustdeal.no (.no) er bare for å lure deg og meg til å ta risikoen med å måtte betale ekstra mva og andre avgifter. Dette er hva jeg ville kalle svindel. Dustdeal fremstår ganske norsk helt til du vil ha tak i dem, da er det engelsk det går i.

Når du står på posten for å hente dis pakke som IKKE skulle koste noe ekstra avgifter av noe slag, med en oppkravslapp som resulterer flere hundre krone ekstra, begynner det å gå opp for deg at dette er svindel.

Svindel fordi dette er informasjon de underslår eller bevisst gjemmer bort fra deg på (liksom norske siden).
